The second recipe from our series of Almeh Cook will bring a delicious Asparagus Quiche, and we will present it with Fauré's beautiful melody Les Berceaux.

Quiche/cake Tin 26 cm –-- 40 preparation 30 cooking
1 teaspoon salt
(add water if necessary)
1 kg Asparagus
100 g grated Mountain cheese (Berg Käse) or old cheese
300g heavy cream
1 spoon of Maizena (food starch)
1 teaspoon of salt
A pinch of suggar
Pinch of fresh Parsley
20g Sun Flower Seeds
50 g Pecorino Cheese (optional)
Salt and Pepper
